Welcome to ListUrBusiness.com (the “Site”), operated by Datla Hayagriva Raju (Proprietor, GSTIN 37AFUPD6211R1ZT), Door No. 24-2-2, Flat-101, Ramasai Jewel Apartment, Rayasam Vari Street, Sri Rama Puram, Bhimavaram, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh – 534202, India (“we”, “us”). ListUrBusiness.com is an online business directory and advertising platform where businesses and individuals can publish listings about their business, services, products, jobs or property, and where visitors can find them (the “Service”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to everyone who visits the Site or uses the Service. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Service

• Creating an account and posting a basic listing is free.
• We also sell optional paid advertising packages (for example Starter, Featured, Featured Max and Bump Up) that give your own listing more visibility. Prices and inclusions are shown on our Pricing page.
• ListUrBusiness.com is an advertising platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between users and listed businesses. We do not collect, hold or transfer money for goods or services between buyers and sellers. Any deal, payment or delivery is solely between the parties involved.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register or purchase a package. You can register with an email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately at support@listurbusiness.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may refuse service or close accounts that impersonate another person or break these Terms.

3. Your content

You are fully responsible for the listings, text, images, links and other material (“Content”) you post, and you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and that you have the right to publish it. We do not verify every listing and do not endorse any Content. You keep ownership of your Content, but you give ListUrBusiness.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and promote it on the Site and in connection with the Service for as long as it is published. We may edit, refuse or remove any Content at our discretion.

4. Ad posting guidelines – prohibited content

To keep the platform safe and to comply with Indian law, payment partner rules and Google advertising policies, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Escort services, adult or sexual content, nudity or pornography, or dating ads of a sexual nature
• Drugs, narcotics, prescription medicines, alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes or related paraphernalia
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives or other dangerous goods
• Live animals, wildlife or animal parts
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, fantasy games for money, or chit funds
• Cryptocurrency trading, investment schemes, “guaranteed return”, multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Clone scripts: copied or “clone” software, apps and platforms (for example exchange, trading, betting, gaming, wallet or marketplace clones)
• Counterfeit, stolen or pirated goods, or anything that infringes someone else’s intellectual property
• Illegal, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive products, services or job offers
• Content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harmful to minors, or that invades someone’s privacy

Listings that break these guidelines will be removed without notice and without refund, and repeat violations may lead to a permanent ban.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, stalk or abuse other users, or contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
• post spam, duplicate listings, or listings in an unrelated category or location;
• use more than one account to get around our limits or rules;
• impersonate any person or business or misrepresent your affiliation;
• post personal information about others without their consent;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect data from the Site;
• upload viruses or try to gain unauthorised access to, overload or disrupt the Site.

6. Paid packages and payments

• Paid packages are one-time purchases for the duration shown on the Pricing page. There is no automatic renewal and we do not charge you again without a new purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your card details.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). If you pay with a foreign card, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees.
• Packages are activated instantly after successful payment, or within 24 hours at the latest.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a 7-day full refund window.

7. Dealings between users

Any interaction, purchase, payment or delivery between you and a person or business you find on the Site is solely between you and them. Please use your own judgement before dealing with anyone. ListUrBusiness.com is not responsible for any loss arising from such dealings, but we encourage you to report suspicious listings to us so we can take action.

8. Intellectual property

The ListUrBusiness.com name, logo, design and software belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission. If you believe any Content on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark, please write to support@listurbusiness.com with details and we will review and act on it.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using the Site you agree to it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, or remove any Content, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the law. You may delete your account at any time. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service; if we discontinue a paid package you have already bought, we will refund the unused portion.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings are accurate. To the extent permitted by law, ListUrBusiness.com is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate ListUrBusiness.com for any claims, losses or costs arising from Content you post or your breach of these Terms.

13. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you can report objectionable content or raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer:

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
