ListUrBusiness.com provides online business listing and advertising services. Our paid packages (for example Starter, Featured, Featured Max and Bump Up) increase the visibility of your own listing on our website. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical products.

1. Nature of services

All services offered on ListUrBusiness.com are digital. Nothing is shipped to a physical address, so no shipping charges apply.

2. Delivery of services

• After successful payment, your package is activated on your listing and shown in your account dashboard, usually instantly.
• If activation is delayed due to a technical issue, it will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours.
• The package stays active for the duration shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email and/or in your dashboard, where you can see your active packages and their expiry dates.

4. Service not delivered

If your package is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will either activate it immediately or give you a full refund.

5. Refunds and cancellations

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
