ListUrBusiness.com is a free business directory and online advertising platform. To keep it safe and useful for everyone, and to comply with Indian law, our payment partner’s rules and Google advertising policies, every ad must follow these guidelines. By posting an ad you agree to them and to our Terms of Use.

1. What you can post

Genuine ads for legal businesses, services, products, jobs and property, with accurate details and your own contact information. Use a clear title, a truthful description, and photos you have the right to use. Post each ad once, in the correct category and location.

2. What is not allowed

Adult content: escort services, sexual or explicit content, nudity, pornography, or dating ads of a sexual nature.
Drugs and restricted substances: narcotics, steroids, prescription medicines, alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes and related paraphernalia.
Weapons: firearms, ammunition, explosives or other dangerous goods.
Live animals: live animals, wildlife or animal parts.
Gambling: betting, casinos, lotteries, satta or matka, color prediction and real-money games, fantasy games for money, and chit funds.
Crypto and investment schemes: cryptocurrency trading, “guaranteed return” offers, multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes.
Clone scripts: copied or “clone” software, apps and platforms, for example exchange, trading, betting, gaming, wallet or marketplace clones.
Counterfeit or stolen goods: fake, pirated or stolen items, or anything that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
Fraud and deception: illegal, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive products, services or job offers, including offers that ask for upfront payment for a job.
Harmful content: content that is abusive, defamatory, hateful or obscene, harmful to minors, or that shares someone’s personal information without consent.
Spam: duplicate ads, keyword stuffing, ads in the wrong category or location, and ads that only exist to send people to another site.

3. How we review ads

New ads and edited ads are reviewed before they appear on the site. We may also use automatic checks that hold back ads containing prohibited terms. We may edit, reject or remove any ad at our discretion.

4. What happens if you break the rules

Ads that break these guidelines are rejected or removed without notice and without refund, including any paid package attached to them. Repeat or serious violations may lead to a permanent account ban, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Your responsibility

You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of your ad. ListUrBusiness.com is an advertising platform only. We are not a party to any deal between users, and we do not collect or hold money for goods or services sold by users.

6. Report a prohibited ad

If you see an ad that breaks these guidelines, email support@listurbusiness.com with the ad link and the reason. Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
